Why you might be here
You may be finding day-to-day life harder than it should be - living with anxiety, burnout, low mood, relationship difficulties, or rethinking communication patterns and unhelpful coping strategies.
You might be:
- processing past relational trauma
- struggling with boundaries or perfectionism
- feeling disconnected from yourself or emotionally overwhelmed
- exhausted from coping for so long
Or maybe you’re questioning whether you’re autistic or ADHD, exploring late diagnosis, or tired from years of masking who you really are.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
About my work
I’m Simone, an experienced UKCP Registered Psychotherapist with 20 years’ experience. I work with adults who want to make sense of their experiences, reduce emotional distress, and build a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.
I specialise in neurodivergent-affirming therapy, bringing both professional training and lived experience to this work. I also support people navigating childhood trauma, complex relational patterns, co-dependency, and emotional regulation.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to suit you. We’ll work in a way that feels safe, respectful, and meaningful.
A gentle first step
The relationship between you and your therapist is the foundation of good therapy. When you feel safe, understood, and supported, real change becomes possible. That's why choosing the right therapist matters so much.
I offer a free, no-pressure call so you can:
- share what’s bringing you to therapy
- ask questions about my approach
- get a sense of whether we'd work well together
No obligation. Just an opportunity to talk and see if the space feels right. If you’re curious about how therapy might help, I’d love to hear from you.
